PS Remember INC’s Founder, Dwight Morrison

Students around the world are connecting with each other through PS Remember INC, a social media platform created by Dwight Morrison. As CEO and co-founder of PS Remember, Dwight is passionate about connecting students past, present, and future. Currently, more than 2.5 million schools, including colleges and universities in 147 countries, use this platform to find classmates no matter where they may be in the world.

The numbers speak for themselves. “There are over 7 billion people on this planet, and 586 million currently attend high school. Another 207 million are in college. PS Remember intends to connect all of them. I absolutely believe it can be done. Why not?”

Students attending a university, perhaps Harvard, can connect with other college and university students living in Italy or Singapore. Just like on Facebook or Instagram, students share pictures and stories, send each other messages, and create daily posts.

Dwight relies on a team of people to make PS Remember a success. “I work with our team of developers, programmers, and designers to implement the right functionalities that are relevant to the services to which PS Remember provides. Along with our board of directors, lawyers, and consultants, I manage the finances of the company, secure investors, and build a strong team.”

The early days of PS Remember included Dwight’s wife, Angelique Morrison, and the two have overcome many challenges. “Our vision was global, but we were ignorant of the process that would get us there. My wife, a scientist, was tenacious and figured out how to gather the names and location of every college and university in over 147 countries. It took two years, but she never gave up. We now have our database because of her efforts.”

Today, PS Remember has the largest, most comprehensive database of kindergartens, high schools, colleges, and universities worldwide. Not even Google and Facebook can compare.

War-torn countries have presented their own obstacles. In Syria, many schools were destroyed, and their students were scattered around the world. “We needed the names and locations of schools that no longer exist but were critical to connecting students. We surmounted that challenge through a lot of sheer determination.”

What is on the horizon for PS Remember? “In five years, we hope to have connected over 100 million students in over 147 countries. Any student, whether they are in school now or graduated years ago, will be able to find their loved ones as PS Remember’s search engines, which go back to kindergarten.”

The key to Dwight’s success with PS Remember has been leadership and vision. “I possess the leadership to help shape the next generation through PS Remember. My focus is absolute. I am guided by responsibility and a wonderful cause. I am uniquely positioned to bring forth a platform that will change the lives of millions, which I am grateful for.”

Dwight has advice for anyone who would like to make their idea into a reality.

“Be consistent. Learn! Don’t be afraid to take advice and criticism. Seek out a mentor who can guide you through the process of achieving your goals for your company. Most importantly, love what you do. Change lives. You really can change the world.”

Ultimately, Dwight believes that PS Remember is the embodiment of his definition of success: to provide a service that improves the lives of millions of people around the world.
