The Many Sides of Dylan Bostic

Wrestler/actor/musician/performance artist. As far as wrestlers go, Dylan Bostic is about as multifaceted as anyone. But he’s adding a new profession to the list: professional boxing.

To understand Dylan Bostic’s approach, you first need to understand how stage presence can affect anything. Beating the odds, going after what you want over and over, and knowing when to apply pressure. These concepts are essential to commanding control over any stage you take, whether it’s a wrestling ring, a boxing ring, or in front of a camera.

With so many sides to him, it’s no wonder he’s garnered such a wide fanbase. Being able to display such versatility is not only one of Dylan’s strengths, it affords him every opportunity to thrive. And believe this: Dylan Bostic is thriving.

Dylan Bostic the Wrestler

Dylan first entered the world of performance through wrestling, starting a career that would develop even more dimensions. You survive the ring as much as you grow with it. At 15, the young hopeful started training with Dan Garza in Whiteland, Indiana. He trained under legendary trainer Rip Rogers, aka Disco Kid. He gained skills that not only helped him break into wrestling but helped teach him the art and athleticism of combat sports.

Dylan has wrestled for ICW, OVW, and NSPW, traveling over North America and making a name for himself. Trying to break into his dream wrestling career wasn’t always great. On his WWE tryouts, Dylan says, “I’ve had many ups and downs in my career. Getting told “no” by WWE after multiple tryouts that went great, in my opinion, hurts, but I had to keep working.”

If wrestling teaches you anything, it’s to take disappointment on the chin. Dylan Bostic didn’t back down. Through disappointment, through triumph, through it all, Dylan Bostic is a wrestler’s wrestler. Over the years, he’s won several championships throughout the United States and Canada.

As Dylan transitions into boxing, he makes it clear that wrestling was the stage that molded him into what he is. The fans that support him are in for a remarkable transformation.

“Wrestling is in a great position, and so is boxing,” Dylan states. “Both industries have a lot of new viewers, and both are booming. I’m looking to make all of the wrestling fans proud of my pro boxing debut.”

Dylan Bostic the Boxer

Dylan’s life and career has taken him from professional wrestling to the boxing ring. While Dylan is still wrestling professionally, he’s transitioning into boxing, another combat sport and a natural line of progression from wrestling. As Dylan shifts from wrestling to professional boxing, he has a huge advantage: he understands the stage and fighting, whether it be the audience surrounding it or the opponent inside it. There’s no learning curve to go over.

Training under retired pro boxer Cedric “Ced” Johnson, Dylan is easing into the field. It sees him back in Indiana under the wing of CBA Promotions. Dylan is more than optimistic about his pro boxing career: he’s sure.

Dylan Bostic’s Future

Dylan’s ambitions don’t stop at boxing and wrestling – Dylan also filmed his first movie, Pursuit Of Freedom, in 2021. The next five years for Dylan Bostic are all about success, but that’s always the case. There’s no need to define the parameters. From stage to stage, ring to ring, and act to act, Dylan Bostic has mastered the art of building his career in ways he can be proud of. It’s not just about the profession.

He’s not letting up, in fact, Dylan says,  “In five years, I will be on the top of the wrestling game and boxing!” And who would ever argue with results like his? From stage to stage, Dylan Bostic has proven that he knows his way to success.
